Beginner lessons introduce children to the water environment through fun activities to develop confidence and basic swimming skills, working towards ASA Duckling Awards

All beginner lessons have in' water assistance' to help and support your child's development

Taking your child to the next level where they will be introduced to the three main swimming strokes and aquatic skills. 

Stamina and technique will be developed over a range of distances alongside embedding of technique.

Further aquatic skills will be developed to support the introduction to deeper water.

Swimmers will work towards ASA

Taking your child to the next level where they will develop the three main swimming strokes and be introduced to Butterfly.

Introduction to diving and starts & turns to establish continuous swimming over selected distance whilst maintaining a recognised and effective strokes.

Swimmers are also taken through personal survival skills to develop water awareness and safety

Advance 

Competitive

Swimmers are taught competitive swimming techniques, competitive diving, starts and turns.

 

Swimmers undertake training drills to develop strength & stamina over a range of distances covering all four strokes, learning independent swimming from a training schedule.

We also introduce Rookie Lifeguard Award
