Our beginner lessons introduce and develop children's swimming ability through fun, engaging activities designed to build confidence and develop basic swimming skills. Swimmers at this stage work towards the Duckling Awards 1,2 & 3
All beginner sessions include in-water support to guide and encourage your child’s progress.

Swimmers will start learning the three main strokes while building stamina, technique, and confidence in the water. They’ll also develop key aquatic skills to prepare for deeper water and be introduced to water safety
At this level, swimmers work towards Grades 1, 2 & 3.

In this stage swimmers will build on their skills by developing the three main strokes and being introduced to Butterfly. Also learning dives, turns, and continuous swimming over set distances whilst gaining confidence, safety awareness, and personal survival skills.

Advanced/
Competitive
Swimmers are introduced to advanced techniques in competitive swimming, including diving, race starts, and turns. Session focus on building strength and endurance through structured drills across all four strokes, encouraging independent swimming and familiarity with a training schedule.
As part of this stage, we also introduce the Rookie Lifeguard Award, which promotes essential lifesaving skills and water safety awareness.
